洋务运动使中国国富兵强起来了。 错误。19世纪60年代兴起的洋务运动,是一部分封建官僚____企图采用西方工业技术和军事装备来维护封建统治的自救运动,以“中学为体,西学为用”为宗旨,以“自强”、“”为口号。洋务派举办军事、民用企业,引进西方科学技术装备,在客观上对中国资本主义的产生和发展有一定的推动作用,也有一定的抵御侵略的作用。但是洋务派企业有浓厚的封建性、买办性和垄断性,又耗费大量资财,阻碍着民族资本的发展,便利了外国的掠夺。特别是中日甲午战争中,洋务运动的最大项目北洋海军全军覆没,宣告了洋务运动破产。
