醋酸可的松片含量测定方法如下:取本品20片,精密称定,重1.4105g,研细,称取粉末0.3488g,置100ml量瓶中,加无水乙醇约75ml,时时振摇1小时,使醋酸可的松溶解,加无水乙醇稀释至刻度,摇匀,用干燥滤纸过滤,弃去初滤液;精密量取续滤液5ml, 置另一100ml量瓶中,加无水乙醇稀释至刻度,摇匀,照分光光度法,在238nm波长处测得吸收度A=0.469,试求其标示百分含量。已知:醋酸可的松的百分吸收系数390;本品规格为5mg/片。
