某饭店卡拉ＯＫ里，有两位客人一边听着音乐，一边闲聊，其他两位客人在唱歌．这两位聊天的客人中的一位表示自己很熟悉某知名歌星的歌曲，非常喜欢朋友现在正在演唱的这首歌曲，不过还是不如歌星原唱效果那样富有感情． 服务人员是该的当值服务生，他一直站在旁边，当他听到客人对这位歌星和这首歌曲的一再赞叹后终于忍俊不禁，在旁边笑出声，引起了客人的注意，于是，那位正在说话的先生便问他：＂你笑什么？＂诚实地说：＂先生，刚刚放的那首歌并不是某某歌星的原唱，您搞错了，我觉得您说的话挺有意思的，所以就笑了．＂客人此时的脸色可想而知，虽然一言不发，但是颇有些下来台，不悦之情自不待言． 思考： 1）案例中的在服务中有何不妥？如果是你该怎样回答客人的问题？ 2）结合案例谈谈如何进行康乐服务质量的检查工作？
