2015年10月1日,一辆满载50人的重庆大客车,由江北区阳光城起点站载客前往沙坪坝三角碑终点站,这段距离全程大约8.5公里。13时33分,当驾驶客车由北向南驶出嘉陵江石门大桥主桥进入南引桥右转弯时,由于雨天路面湿滑,未按照规定降低行驶速度,车辆后轮向左发生侧滑,因驾驶员身患感冒,输液吃药后,状态不良,在车头右前角即将撞上右侧人行道路沿石时,向左急转弯方向并踩踏加速板试图控制车辆,但是因踩踏过重,车速加快,大客车越过桥面黄色单实线和对车道,斜向前行驶24米左右,冲上引桥左侧距桥面0.37米高的人行道上,撞坏引桥护栏后,坠落于距引桥19.30米高的下层道路右侧人行道上的花台中,造成驾驶员在内的22人当场死亡,8人经医院抢救无效死亡,共计30人死亡,20人受伤,直接经济损失739万元的重大道路交通事故。 思考:该驾驶员违反了哪些道路运输法规?
