When I was in high school, my head teacher told us that the position for the hostess of the singing competition was still empty and we could apply for it. I wanted to improve myself , for that reason I signed up for it. After series of interviews and practice, I was chosen. I was happy to hear this happy news. To my disappoint,the day before the competition, when I prepared myself for the rehearsal, my head teacher told me that a girl has taken the place of mine. I was shocked subsequently, why was I past knowing nothing about what has happened. But when I asked my head teacher for cause, he just comforted me that I could try again next year and I should keep my chin up. I got more confused. After the competition, I got the factor from my classmates that the new hostess is our headmaster's daughter.
