I am used to friendly opening exchanges when doing business. Here in Chicago, things are different. There is no time for getting to know one another. This does not seem ___1___ to me. When we discuss business it strats with a(n) ___4____ chat. I think that it is important for business partners to get familiar with each other first and to feel relaxed.
