2014年10月1日，我国新《旅游法》正式实施1周年。其中“旅行社不得强迫购物，不得指定具体的消费场所”等规定引人关注。这在一定程度上遏制了“强制购物、强制消费”等不良现象的发生。 新《旅游法》实施带来旅行社运营成本增加，加之“国庆”境内外旅游需求暴增，今年“十一”长假境内外旅游产品价格均出现大幅上涨，一些出境游报价翻倍。“十一”长假结束后，外出旅游人数骤减，各大旅行社纷纷通过降价吸引游客。新《旅游法》的实施，将会对旅游市场重新洗牌，有利于旅游经营者加强对服务质量的关注和游客对服务价值的认同。 我国旅游业发展过程中还存在一些问题，如一些游客不考虑自身经济实力，盲目跟风境外游；在旅游过程中，一些游客在文物上乱刻、乱画，在旅游景点大声喧哗、乱扔垃圾等。结合所学知识，请你为游客在旅游消费中理智消费提两条建议。
