Worry is an emotion that is very difficult to stop, even if you try very hard. You can stop worrying by finding a hobby but it must be the right hobby. Don't try to find a hobby quickly and if you can, have two or three that you are really interested in. If you're very rich and can have anything you want, you need discipline as well as a hobby. There are two kinds of human beings, those who love working and those who don't. For those who dislike work, hobbies are a great source of pleasure. For those who love their work hobbies can be enjoyable too.

Once you start worrying it's very difficult to stop. The way to stop worrying is to find a hobby that really interests you but this is a slow process. To be really happy you need two or three hobbies that you really enjoy and they should be very different from your job. Extremely rich people need discipline, not a hobby. There are two kinds of hard-working human beings, those who work to make money and those for whom work is the greatest pleasure of all. The former are the largest group but the latter group need a hobby even more than the first group do.

People often worry unless they have a hobby. You should spend quite a lot of time deciding what really interests you and then choose two or three. Wealthy people are lucky because they have everything they want and don't need hobbies. They should learn not to be bored through through the use of discipline. People who work because they have to will always enjoy hobbies. People who work because they love thier work can enjoy hobbies too and need hobbies more than the first group.
