Healthy eating Are you one of those teenagers whose parents always talk about what you eat, how you eat, when you eat or don't eat, and the amount of junk food you eat? Well, your parents want you to eat properly so you will be healthy. Your body needs a daily supply of good food to be able to give you energy and keep you healthy. The most important meal is breakfast. It is even more important if you don't eat a good lunch regularly. Good food includes eggs, cheese, soy products, fish, beans, nuts, seeds, chicken, turkey, beef, and pork. It also includes fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and beans. You should not eat too much food that contains sugar. Fats, like oil and butter, help you deal with temperature changes, e.g. when it is a cold day and you leave a warm room to go outside.
