The local guide should double-check the information of the tour group: the name of sponsor travel service, the group number, the number of tourists and name of the national guide or the tour leader. If the local guide mistakes the tour group of another travel agency for his own group, he should hand it over to the other travel agency as well as make an apology to the tourists, and then he should report it to his own travel service. If his own tour group remains at the airport or railway station, the guide should report this to the travel agency for making arrangements for the immediate pick-up and make a sincere apology to the tourists after he receives the group.
