We have all experienced days when everything goes wrong. A day may begin well enough, but suddenly everything seems to get out of control. It is as if a single unimportant event set up a chain of reactions and a great number of things chose to go wrong at exactly the same moment. In the English writing class this morning, I was sitting in the front row as usual and busy taking notes as the professor was preaching at the teacher’s desk. Suddenly my mobile phone rang which marked the beginning of an unforeseen series of events. I hurried to put my left hand into my pocket to stop the ringing, but in a hurry I swept the teacup on the desk with my right hand and the drink inside splashed all over my deskmate’s textbook as well as mine.
