项目导航:于2012年9月1日自己出资注册开办了一家小企业,因企业刚刚成立,一时还没有招聘到适合的财务人员。出于资金安排的需要,不懂财务专业知识的打算自己先将公司的账目记录下来。经过仔细的计算,企业成立至今已开销资金共计25万元,于是在账目表上记录了一笔资金减少25万元的记录,但并没有详细地记录25每一笔资金的去向。截止到9月底,仍然没有找到合适的财会人员,但公司已累计发生了10多笔经济业务,都是采用相同的方法在账目表上进行了简单的记录。月末,为了能够对企业近期一个月来的经营情况进行总结与分析,决定将账目进行一下分析。但这时却遇到了头疼的问题,对企业这一个月以来资金量流入多少、流出多少做到了心中有数,但一时却无法将每一笔资金的来龙去脉弄清楚。 问题:这记账方法哪里出现了问题?如何采用合理的记账方法才能够避免这种现象?
