清管器接收过程Pig receiving process：1)关闭放空阀和盲板Close vent valve and blind plate；2)在清管器未到达之前，先打开平衡阀，然后打开接收筒隔断阀门，若清管器没有进入接收筒，应慢慢关闭线路主阀直到清管器被压入接收筒为止Before the pig arrives, first open the balance valve, and then open the receiving barrel partition valve. If the pig does not enter the receiving barrel, the line main valve should be closed slowly until the pig is pressed into the receiving barrel；3)一旦清管器进入接收筒，应打开线路主阀阀门Once the pig enters the receiver, the line main valve should be opened；4)关闭接收筒隔断阀门和平衡阀门Close the receiving cylinder partition valve and balance valve；5)打开放空阀排出筒中的压力，待接收筒中压力下降到大气压Open the vent valve to discharge the pressure in the cylinder until the pressure in the receiving cylinder drops to atmospheric pressure；6)打开盲板并取出清管器Open the blind and remove the pig；7)关闭盲板Close the blind plate；8)轻微地打开平衡阀，排出接收筒中的空气Open the balance valve slightly to expel air from the receiver；9)关闭放空阀，并慢慢使接收筒中压力上升到管线压力Close the vent valve and slowly raise the pressure in the receiver to line pressure；10)关闭平衡阀，若要接收下一个清管器，平衡阀和接收筒隔断阀应打开着。Close the balancing valve, and to receive the next pig, the balancing valve and the receiving barrel isolation valve should be open.
