反手反弹球的技术要领?A.

击球：下肢蹬地，身体重心移至前面的腿上，同时降低身体的重心；球拍放低，并且平行与地面慢慢地挥向击球点；在快到击球点前，左手离开球拍，并做较小的反向运动；上体仍保持侧身；击球点在右脚的高度范围内，并且尽量靠前；拍面垂直于地面。
D.
随挥阶段：向前、向上的随挥动作比较小；从很低的姿势变为截击球的准备姿势。
