The United Nations Security Council approved measures Thursday to restrict how the Islamic State militant group raises money. The 15-nation council will (1) a decision against al-Qaida to the Islamic State group The group has seized large areas of Syria and Iran and it is trying to increase its (2) in Libya. Samantha Power is the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. Wednesday, she told reporters "this decision.. will be a new piece of (3) .” She said the decision would require countries to do more to (4) the money being sent to terrorists.
