Yoga(伽) is becoming more and more popular, forit is a helpful way to relax and stay healthy. In India, there appeared a new kind of yoga ---water yoga. In the city of Agra, people practice yoga in water. Compared with the yoga on land, water yoga is more difficult to practice. Harish judy, a lawyer, teaches people water yoga for free,especially the poor people. "The body does not get tired so easily when practicing water yoga, so it can bocome more popular than any other kind of yoga," he said. " Everybody can learn to swim, but if they learn yoga at the same time, they will never feel tired." Harish believes that people can avoid illness by practicing water yoga. He also believes that water yoga can make people feel more relaxed after a day of hard work or study. He holds classes regularly at a local swimming pool. In fact, many people have already benefited from it.
