No matter in our China or in foreign culture, loyalty is regarded as one of great characters. It is a kind of charm of people which will give warmth to others. However, it can be found in the tragedy—King Lear, especially in Kent, Gloucester, and some servants. And also because of this, the readers’ endless hopeless can be subsided to some extent. Thus, after having read the tragedy, the readers do not always feel sad or depressed.
