When you think about what you do with yourself physically in conversation, when you present, essentially anytime that you're 2) ______ with another human being it breaks down into four areas. I'm going to start with the first of; what I consider the first two most important areas, and that is eye contact. Three things to think about. A presentation is a conversation; it's a conversation with 6) _______ people at a time, but it is a conversation between you and each of those human beings. Each of those human beings needs eye contact.
