Please read para 1 Line 1-5. Is it almost reverse logic in some ways to call out ‘women in technology’ as an issue that needs addressing? Surely it should just be people in technology, some of whom are women. It’s obvious that women encounter many obstacles in the tech world, but we have to admit that there are both significant obstacles and emerging opportunities for women who want to work in the technology industry, whether in a regular post or rising to become chief information officer.
