He wore a coat to keep warm and had a small piece of  bread to eat. Then he saw a stranger on the side of the road. The man sat on the ground and he was hungry and had no home. She put a piece of bread in her bag and went into the yard. Nancy heard the noise again. 'You wait a minute!' she called as she ran after the cat. She caught it and picked it up. She opened her bag.
