The receptionist will recheck all the paperwork completed upon the arrival of the guest and make sure that the computer details are correct in order for the guest`s accounts to be produced. The bellman can introduce the facilities and services available in the hotel bars, cocktail lounges, and any music or entertainment offered. Once they are in the room, the bellman should at least show the guests where the thermostat is and how it works and tell the guest what TV channels are available.
